What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or CDC in a high-volume, quality-driven kitchen

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train, and retain a passionate team

  • A deep understanding of kitchen operations, food and labor cost management, and menu development

  • A background or strong appreciation for Vegan and Vegetarian cuisine is a MAJOR plus

  • Someone who thrives in a collaborative, growth-focused culture

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all culinary operations including BOH staffing, inventory, food safety, and quality assurance

  • Drive seasonal menu innovation in collaboration with the corporate team

  • Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation across all services

  • Train and mentor culinary staff to uphold company standards and create a positive kitchen culture

  • Work closely with FOH leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience
