We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Practice Hospitalist who is interested in community health and working in a rural setting to join our healthcare team in Oregon. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing comprehensive and specialized care for patients in a hospital setting.
Schedule is 7 on/7 off, open ICU, with Specialty support, no required procedures, but can do some if desired.
Compensation: $281,579 plus bonus. Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement and PTO.

Their primary location has a population of about 26k, but their overall draw area is over 100k
The new positions are for growth / expansion
Group has doubled in size in past 5 years
Attainable bonus plan based on RVUs
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school in the U.S.
Board Certification in Family Medicine.
Active medical license in the state of Oregon (OR).
Previous experience in hospital medicine or family practice is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide primary care to patients in a hospital setting, with a focus on family medicine.
Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions and coordinate patient care.
Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging.
Monitor and manage patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Provide patient education and support for both patients and their families.
