Job Title: Mulesoft developer with Insurance domain exp

Role Description

Design, develop, and implement Mulesoft-based integration solutions for enterprise applications in the Insurance/Financial Services domain.
Architect and build event-driven integrations using Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging.
Work closely with Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) or other insurance platforms to integrate core systems.
Develop and optimize APIs, microservices, and message queues to ensure seamless system interoperability.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to align integration solutions with enterprise goals.
Implement best practices for API management, security, and performance optimization.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Stay updated with the latest Mulesoft, Kafka, and cloud-based integration trends to drive innovation.

Required Skills:

10+ years of experience in Integration architecture and development.
6+ years of hands-on experience with Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, including API-led connectivity, RAML, and DataWeave.
Experience with Kafka (Confluent or Apache Kafka) for event-driven architecture and messaging patterns.
Strong expertise in RESTful APIs, SOAP, XML, JSON, and asynchronous messaging.
Experience integrating with Guidewire products (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) or other core insurance platforms is a plus.
Proficiency in Cloud (AWS/Azure), CI/CD, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies.
Strong knowledge of financial services or insurance domain and compliance standards.
Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, or other middleware technologies.
Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize integration workflows.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in agile environments.
